Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our cab services. By booking a cab or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team.
- We reserve the right to reject a booking if vehicles are unavailable.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices quoted are per cab and include driver charges and fuel unless stated otherwise.
- Toll taxes, parking fees, and inter-state permits (if applicable) are included in most packages. Please confirm at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or bank transfer. No advance payment is required for most bookings.
- Prices may vary during peak seasons (Eid, Diwali, New Year, etc.).
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the trip: Full refund (if advance was paid).
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the trip: 50% of advance amount may be charged.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Advance amount may not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation by us due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances: Full refund will be issued.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes may attract additional charges.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Consumption of alcohol in the vehicle is not permitted.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for lost items.
- The driver has the right to refuse or terminate service if any passenger behaves disrespectfully or violates safety rules.
5. Itinerary Changes
- Any changes to the agreed itinerary, additional stops, or extended hours may attract extra charges.
- Changes due to road blockages, weather, or government orders will be handled on a best-effort basis.
6. Liability
- Kashmir Arif Cab Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or government restrictions.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
- In case of accidents, our drivers are insured. However, personal travel insurance is recommended for all passengers.
7. Entry Fees & Local Activities
Entry fees to tourist spots, gondola rides, shikara rides, pony rides, or any local activity charges are NOT included in cab hire and must be paid separately by passengers.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil our obligations in the event of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, curfews, or internet outages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
